The aluminum ingots get melting to be as casting billets. After homogenizing, we will get the aluminum billets. With the aluminum mold, we can make the extrusion then. At this moment, the aluminum profile is without hardness. So we need to do the aging. After cooling down, we get the mill finish aluminum profile. From here, we can do the surface treatment as the clients need. Including anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, or wood grain. After quality checking, we can do the packaging and put it in warehousing, and wait for the shipping.
